Product Introduction
AT series Automatic Vision Measurement System is an effective length measuring machine constructed by the technology of precision machinery, optic, electronic etc.. It can check dimension and surface shapes of different work piece which are constructed with gear, mould, cell phone parts, different kinds of tools.
Vision measuring systems is based on machine vision, such as automatic edge extraction, automatic alignment, automatic focus, measurement synthesis, image synthesis and other artificial intelligence technologies. It has the functions of automatic measurement of point where to go, automatic measurement of CNC position, and automatic learning of batch measurement. Image map target guidance, full-field eagle-eye zoom and other excellent functions.
The features in the VMM control system of AR series are as follows:
- Special purpose-built processor (ASP) to significantly reduce the number of electronic circuits and parts to improve reliability.
- Single circuit board structure, in order to greatly reduce the number of wiring to improve reliability.
- High speed, energy saving and high precision fully closed-loop AC servo control system, which can provide positioning accuracy up to 1 μm, in order to minimize the possible factors affecting measurement repeatability.

Easson Vision Measurement Machine used with AR series Network control System which is included 21 orders volumetric compensation, with Ultra high speed linear encoder reading and built-in EAD (absolute code decoder) allow AR series system to use our AS-80 high precision absolute scale, providing high accuracy and high resolution measurement.
2D / 3D Multiple Measurement
It can cooperate with the UK Renishaw high-precision touch probe for 2D / 3D multiple measurement. The 3D measurement of the probe can be mixed with the 2D measurement of the imaging system. The same coordinate system is used for 2D / 3D measurement in perfect and easy combination.
